We researched and learned about the target audiences of Northumbrian Water, the problem they are having right now; and find out new opportunities for the company.


Marketing Strategy
Our strategy has been planned after doing all kind of research.
We help them to choose the popular locations with suitable audience for the company to launch the events. We also set the timeline for them to launch different kind of events which create by us as well. These events can increase brand awareness.

Public Interaction Campaign
We designed a event called Message in a Bottle. This event allows customers to share their thoughts and opinions about Northumbrian Water in a new way, whilst the mobile space and face to face interaction will encourage a two way conversation between customer and company.

Camper Van Redesign
We redesign the VW camper van, named Pipe Work, will be a fun and engaging place for all to learn and gain information about the Northumbrian Water Group, increasing brand awareness.

Flexible Floorplan Design
The flexible floorplan can suit different size of place. We also considered the walk flow and number of staff should manage the event for each event size.
